*IMPORTANT PPP UPDATE*
On March 30, 2021, President Biden signed into law legislation to extend the application window for the SBA’s Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). Previously, any PPP application not approved by March 31, 2021—even if it was submitted prior to that date—could not receive PPP funds. The new law allows borrowers to apply for loans through May 31, 2021, and gives the SBA until June 30th to consider applications.
